pig's heat cycle or false heats

Help!!! According to our pig's cycle, we were supposed to breed them on June 2nd. UPS failed to deliver the semen on Saturday, so we bred them on June 4th as soon as it came in, as the pigs were still slightly swollen. However, on June 8th both gilts were swollen again. Is this a false heat, or did we miss their heat cycle? I don't think they were as swollen as they normally are, nor did they stay swollen as long as they normally do. We were expecting them to come back into heat around June 20th (18 days) if they didn't take. Any insight would be great.
