Fall classic york boar??

For those who went to the fall classic, what did you all think about the CH. and Res.ch york boars Thanks!!

well Full Diminsion really out did him self producing the champion york ? he is a power house ? iam using him with my Cold Blood x T n T gilt ? the reserve would needed more chest to look a little more competitive to the grand ? but other than that they are two well made boars that they have plenty of future up ahead of them?

I really liked the grand boar from forehand. This guy was really opened up at the ground and maintained that width in his rib and top. What really caught my eye on this guy was he was huge footed and took a nice stride. I think this guy will have a nice future. We are going to use him. The other thing I like about this guy is I think he offers some versatility because I think he would work well on exotic gilts that are a little to tight and hard without losing any width and making them sounder. Just my thoughts.

I thought that the boar that OSU brought that was purchased by Hirschfelds and Rick Whitman was by far the most apt to be a breed changer, he has a lot of positives that many yorks don't have. It was really a shame that he was placed as low as he did, still brought $18000 though.
