want to dock there tails but not sure what lenght. there tails dont really curl yet. i know around here they like them to make one full curl. which i also like but i dont like the "extra" tail after the curl is done. so if i dont make sence

we usually try to cut about an inch or 3/4 or an inch in . The tail will not curl.

As far as tails go, my rule of thumb is to take their tail and bring it up over their hips. I then clip them right when the hip ends and this usually gets me a pretty good curl. I saw these pigs on the other site and I'm glad everything's working out for you! Just make sure to vaccinate them and try starting them on your feed anywhere from 10-15 days so when you wean them it is a seamless transition. Best of luck!

ok thanx i have a baby pig water that is in there with them and they have had there first round of ipd shots. all are still going good today.
