gatorade or Refresh

i want to boost my pigs stamina in the ring. Is gatorade as effective or do I really need to go with actual electrolytes like Refresh?

Best way to boost stamina is to work them prior to the show. At least 3-5 days a week. The week of the show you should be able to walk them for 30mins. As far as gatorade we have never used it. We have used refresh and it works good.
