Best Hampshire and Yorkshire Breeder in Texas

I am looking at getting a good hampshire or yorkshire here in Texas but I am not to sure where to go. I am from the Rio Grande Valley and the closer the better but I am willing on traveling up to the pan handle if necessary. Thanks

No question byfar the best Hampshire breeder in Texas would be Jay and Will Winter on Wintex Farms. There is noone that can match the quality of Hamps in the State of Texas. I will be headed up to Red Raider country in the next few weeks to visit them and will be bringing back a few belted hogs from them.

In my opinion, these are the two highest ranking breeders when it comes to Hampshires and Yorkshires in Texas. But now having a Nebraska breeder Rick Whitman (RW Genetics) coming to Texas, we will have another breeder to take into consideration due to the impact he has made in this industry.
