My hogs hock looks like it might be a little swollen, how do I get the swelling down in my hog. My show is in March.

For now just keep that pig from doing any extra activity and you might want to take it to the vet so they can give it Dexamethasone.

How old is this pig? Did you vac. for microplasma artritis? Could be that, also sometimes we have young ones get swollen hocks from the wire floor in our nursery. We move them to a dirt pen and it clears up.

Young or old swine. Depends on what caused it. Could be a number of things, like stated start with giving it Dexamethasone, or Penicillin.
