paylean question?

Ok so I have read somewhere that something like 90% of the muscle a pig enters the show ring with is gained from the time he is 50-200lbs. After 200lbs they switch from muscle production to maintenance production. If you are needing to add muscle using paylean should you use it before they cross the 200lb mark? Or a couple weeks before show? This is just me thinking out loud.....
